Role Models

     Last August I legalized my business, even though I had been doing events. hosting, entertaining and management for a period of time. As I reflect today, I see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Looking today on the events and situations that occurred while putting together this event has sparked a light for me to go harder than ever before to reach my ultimate goal.  Build, Brand, and Create Residual Income from my business and talent. 

     Starting a business is stressful. Everyone is watching and having opinions about how your vision should be displayed for the world to see. While you are making moves to 'Turn Your Vision Into Reality' your role positions become studied, copied, and attacked. The object of the game is to 'Have a seat at the Table' and not become a selection of the menu. The Truth of the Matter is that you are an appetizer and not considered to become the main coarse nor the creator until you have been sampled, reviewed, and become a product of demand.

     Instantly you become a 'Role Model'. This is a task and journey you will need to embrace as many unexpected situations and discouraging elements will slither it's way into the bubble. Someone is cheering and admiring the drive as they are waiting on the 'Happy ending' while many are jealous and hoping you fail. Your contributions of 'Blood, Sweat, Tears, Sacrifice, and Pain' will produce the results of success as you will also be a sounding board of encouragement, leadership, and inspiration to that someone who believes in you and need you to pave a path for them.
